Cable companies offer a bundle of 3 services for a low rate. There are many differences in the service we offer vs. the service they offer. You get the following extras if you choose RenterNETUSA:

The cable guys advertise an intorductory rate of $29.95 for their bundled internet product. They leave off the $15.00/month charge for Wireless Home Networking, and the $5.00/month in taxes and fees, making the real price $50.00 or more with no support for your guests. After a year, the price increases when the introductory rate expires, making it cost more than $50/month. If a rental guest insists that the cable company is the cause of a problem, and it turns out not to be the cable company's fault, you will pay additional fees on top of these rates for unnecessary service visits, plus a potential guest refund on top of that.

More than 5 times the bandwidth they offer (3000K vs. 16000K)

The phone guys advertise a really cheap bundled rate, but it doesn't include enough bandwidth for the average rental property. Most rental guests come from markets where 10.0Mbps to 25.0Mpbs is the normal internet package shared amongst 3-5 people. If you install 3.0Mbps service to be shared by 5-15 people, they're going to notice the difference. It takes about 4 Mbps of bandwidth to stream a single HD video from a service like Netflix or Hulu...the phone guys' bundle product would be completely exhausted by one person! If a rental guest insists that the phone company is the cause of a problem, and it turns out not to be the phone company's fault, you will pay additional fees on top of their rates for unnecessary service visits, plus a potential guest refund on top of that.

RenterNETUSA vs. The Other Guys

There are other companies out there offering bundle products with telephone and internet in one package. Their pricing is competitive, but our bundle includes 24-hour phone support, not 10-hour support. Any problem reported after 7:00 PM will get fixed an entire day faster with our service, because our call reps are there to take the call after 7:00 PM, and fix it then or schedule a technician the next day. We offer packages with up to 16.0Mbps of bandwidth vs. their 5000K service (more than 3X the bandwidth they offer). If you intend to offer support for streaming NetFlix, Hulu, or any other bandwidth intensive application (online gaming, real-time stock trading, corporate VPN's, etc.), we are the only choice. They don't even have a product that meets your guests needs in these cases.
